The Chorlton Irish Club

If you are looking to hire a function room in South Manchester, you have come to the right place!

Thousands of people have enjoyed themselves over the years at private parties, hosted by the Chorlton Irish Club. These parties have ranged from 21st birthdays to 80th birthday parties (and everything in between!), weddings, christenings, wedding anniversaries, retirement parties, reunions and every other private celebration you can think of!

It has also played host to fundraising and charity nights. Various groups and societies are able to book the rooms for a wide range of social events. If appropriate, we can even help to market your event through our members or through our 3,500+ friends on Facebook

The Chorlton Irish Club offers

Shannon Suite / downstairs

This room is situated on the ground floor and can cater for large parties. It has a stage and a large dance floor for all of your entertainment needs – please see the gallery.

Shamrock Room / upstairs

This room is positioned on the first floor and can accommodate medium and large size functions. It too benefits from a stage area and a dancefloor.

The Lounge Bar

This room might be better suited for your needs if you are having a smaller party or maybe your group needs a venue for it’s meetings? This room has limited availability however so please check with Paddy as soon as possible!
